Description
The Accellion Mobile App lets you:
• Securely browse, view, edit, save back, upload, send, and share files and folders on-the-go.
• Lock/unlock files on Accellion workspace, SharePoint and Windows File Shares
• Bulk upload/download multiple files and One click download/upload files.
• Participate in real-time collaboration by opening, editing, and saving back Microsoft Office file types through QuickOffice.
• Preview content without downloading, through server-side viewers for all business file types, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images, PDF, webpages and 300+ more document formats.
• Use your mobile contacts for sending files and sharing folders through links in email.
• Collaborate in real-time by adding or replying to comments on files and folders.
• Upload photos from library and increase productivity.
• Subscribe to notifications on who added or commented on files.
The Accellion admin interface for IT allows configuration of security access control for enterprise content, including:
• Login using corporate LDAP credentials.
• Encrypted files in transit and saved files in an AES-256 bit encrypted container on the mobile device for offline use.
• Native mobile apps for iPhone, iPad, Android, and BlackBerry.
• Flexibility for BYOD or company-provisioned devices.
• Role-based access controls to internal or external users of shared workspaces.
• PIN-based access to locally saved files for offline viewing and editing.
• On-premise, in-the-cloud, and hybrid solutions.
• Audit trails and usage/activity logs.

1 ★ Getting Webpage not found error. I can get to my company's site through the web browser on the Acer but not through your app. FYI another user posted in their comment "Edit: turn off 2d acceleration in dev options, or it will not work in ICS." I am unable to find that on my Acer as it does not seem to be an option. This is for my work so it would be GREAT!!!! if it worked on ICS based Tablets and phones especially since I am sure there are a lot of these devices that will not see JellyBean. All in all I would call this app an EPIC FAIL for not working on a widely installed Android OS.

2 ★ Useful but lot of improvement required. Why do you need to go to settings to change between the remote and local view ???? Why it doesn't support odf files ? Why can't you create workspaces from the apps ? ...
3 ★ Edit: turn off 2d acceleration in dev options, or it will not work in ICS. Changing from 1 to 3 stars. Original review: This app needs to be updated for Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. It is currently incompatible and does not provide any function.

5 ★ Works as advertised on the Nexus 4 (Android 4.3). One typo/error though - "Lock/unlock files on Accellion workspace, SharePoint and Windows File Shares" - should not mention "Windows File Shares".
2 ★ Set up was easy. Default download directory is so buried it borders on criminal, dont bother with the feedback button as that is the "lock up the app" button.
1 ★ I really liked the idea but keep getting an unexpected stop. Will not connect to my account.
