2 ★ Sub par experience. The idea of an app and reducing paper waste is ideal, but the reality isn't always as beneficial. I can't download or print the instructions. If you don't own a tablet or phone with a decent screen size, trying to follow, read and interpret the diagrams can become frustrating. Then the screen will lock, and unlocking is a PIA with gloves on so you then extend the lockout time, but you're doing this in the sun and have to turn up brightness, flattening the battery. 👎👎
1 ★ What a terrible idea . Making people sit through a 20+ minute video where they literally wait until every screw is installed before moving on to the next step . What's wrong with a few pictures

1 ★ I downloaded app ,it opens on home page then freezes, deleted, re-download,same thing, 3rd time, same,, don't know why.
1 ★ Complete useless piece of sxit. Trying to build a shed, looking at a phone, without proper instructions. Absco trying to convince customers that using an app will save trees. What nonsense, all we have now is a box or 2, 9n the ground without instructions.
