4 ★ Update on 03/08/20 Thank you so much for fixing the app! I downloaded the app today again (just on a fluke), and it opened up, with no loss of my information. That was a great surprise! I am now prepared for the 2020 Idol Season. Thank you so much for your prompt attention to this issue! ✌️
1 ★ Have had app during previous seasons. Downloaded, installed, and logged into app ahead of live voting times. When the time came to vote, the app said I wasn't logged in, and every login attempt said "try again later". Was unable to vote at all for 2020 season.
1 ★ Down to the last few shows and you decide to update your app???? Great idea, it won't work properly now on my phone, won't let me vote. Thanks a lot jerks, you seriously need to rethink your app. Same thing happened to others I know. Just a really poorly tested upgrade.
1 ★ american idol is on tv live telling me that voting is open. contestants are singing. voting page of app WONT open. bummer. last week, 1 minute before voting closed, all my votes got wiped out. all returned to zero. the voting app sucks. and by the way, the girl that the judges just saved is a horrible singer. close your eyes and listen (as if your listening to a radio on playing a cd) you cant understand the words she is singing !
4 ★ Disappointed in App in the final 2 weeks of competition.. wasn't able to log in, view or vote, so I'll keep the app into the new AI SEASON and see if y'all can fix the issues.. please, work on it n TY.
1 ★ The app kicked me out! I can't remember my password, so I requested a code to be emailed... but then the app reloads before I can enter the code!! Glitchy and poor quality for ABC.
4 ★ New user here, no problem with the app on stock Android. missed voting twice. I was watching a viedo on the app, then it was already too late. Can you make the app send a notice a few minutes before closing.
1 ★ terrible tried several times to set up an account. Every time it said I needed the code from my e-mail acct so when I would enter it then it would say that my time had expired. ............ stupid......... tried 5 times...... so over it!!!!!!
5 ★ Works well, is simple, gives me what i want: short video performances and ability to vote. I don't want more than that. I don't want a bunch of junk on any app. This one is good.
1 ★ will not work with my android! will not recognize verication code as typed, repeatedly tried! EIGHT times got the error it was not a valid code, when it most certainly was!
1 ★ I have tried eight times to set up an account with my LG android phone - it keeps sending codes to my email account, but then when I try to put the code in, it says code expired. I am very frustrated!
2 ★ The app blurs a lot, even with full service. It takes a long time, or doesn't work at all, to watch an episode from where I left off. Please fix these issues!
1 ★ Can't log in. App restarts every time it goes to the background and I have to send it to the background to get login code from email. Restarts require a new login with a new code so the process is endless.
1 ★ Final Voting was A Disaster, B.S. Voting was closed since before the show began in Mountain and Pacific Time Zones. ABC failed to disclose the real final voting process. With exception of Eastern Time And maybe Central Time, all others across the nation we're to somehow vote without hearing the performances or knowing the real prices ABC was using. Final voting was fixed by ABC and did not want real voter input from this across the nation.
4 ★ It gets stuck on the loading page at the very beginning that just says american idol. it takes a few times of trying before it let me in but i love the new look.
