Blueprint Portal is available to Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Health Advantage and BlueAdvantage Administrators of Arkansas members.
Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield is an Independent Licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association and is licensed to offer health plans in all 75 counties of Arkansas.

2 ★ It's absolutely amazing how app devs such as this continue to land state and fed contracts... Hell, we all know the answer to that one. Here's another half functioning pos, never mind that we depend on it.
3 ★ It's a handy & convenient app, but it's slow & glitchy. It could use some performance improvements. 1/4/2025 - Since the last update, I can't login at all. It just spins. Please fix.

1 ★ Just tried signing in just so I can look at my benefits. I used to be able to no issues. Now it takes me to arbenefits and when I click on documents on there it takes me back to the portal. JUST GIVE ME THE PDF! IS THAT SO HARD?
