4 ★ Yesterday I asked them a question through a request where I needed to know if the content is appropriate for a 13 years old before purchasing the annual plan as a gift for my niece and the answer that I received was a prepaired 2 page email that had nothing to do with the question. I don't get it! I really liked the platform but I am not sure that they offer what they say anymore.
4 ★ the app is in trouble, because I can't access all the course content, for example, the daily goal, activities no longer appear, content is reduced. I don't understand, because I have a subscription!

1 ★ This app is very sexist, I've seen a couple of video classes and, the first one a guy is explaining to a friend that he always is with a handsome girlfriends because he's always with him eyes open to try to get a new one (and leave the other one). And in the other one the girl has a pink bike... Why do we need always to be associated with the pink colour? Please... Neutral videos
3 ★ I wanna get back my yearly payment. For almost previous year, I hadn't accessed to this app. But late last month, my credit card approved for your approval, and I recognized it today. Because I received the payment list today. So if you don't mind, please tell me via email how I can get back my money. Thanks in advance.
1 ★ Aba wrote off the repeated annual payment without warning, changed the cost of the course from 14.99 to 74.99 euros per year, again without any warning. I want a refund, but support is not responding. Disgusting attitude towards clients with low quality of the courses themselves!
