Abacus HQ is the parent app for Bill Nye's VR Science Kit, Professor Maxwell's VR Junior Chef, Professor Maxwell's VR Magic, Professor Maxwell's VR Universe and Professor Maxwell's VR Science Lab.

1 ★ They never send the verification email, which means we can't use the app at all or the VR goggles for my 9 year old. Please fix.

1 ★ No confirmation email ever comes. So you cannot even use VR. TERRIBLE. You can download app, you need to register in order to use VR, you need an account. When you try to create an account, it sends you a confirmation email to verify so you can begin. No verification email ever comes. So, you cannot use it. Very disappointed 8 year old on Christmas. You guys suck. Like 2020 wasn't bad enough, you lazy programmers can't even fix this, and now my daughter's Christmas is terrible too.

1 ★ Been staring at the logo for a Very. Long. Time. Just got Professor Maxwell's VR Junior Chef kit and was directed to download this app. The only thing that happens on my Galaxy S9+ is the splash screen comes up with the black background and logo then... nothing. Just hangs there. Kids are immensely disappointed. Will update review when it works.
