Description
In this app, our service providers can see their associated tickets, follow the various steps in the ticket's status, update the relevant protocols until the ticket is closed, with full transparency for all different users in the ticket time-line. We support our service users with specialist call center, chat center and tutorials to bring the best level of professionalism and service to our industry.
App permissions
