1 ★ I have emailed support a few times with no response. So I am not using the reviews to hopefully receive some help. I am a paid subscriber with the Advance plan. My next payment of $49.99 is not until October 2021. With this subscription I'm supposed to have access to unlimited reports, invoices and etc. I am trying to generate a 2nd invoice for this month and I'm unable to. I'm being prompted to upgrade to something I've already paid for. Please advise. I have been happy with this app up til now but I wont be paying for anything that does not have basic tech support. I will adjust my star rating once this is resolved.
4 ★ Enjoying app so far with unpaid features, so yes Great app thus far.. , although I have emailed support, to find out more features and enquire about syncing data with calanders, for reminders tasks etc. and not getting any response. Therefore reluctant to go ahead with purchasing subscription at the moment

4 ★ In the details section after each shift. It would be nice to be able make new lines for a eod progress report. It just ends up in paragraph form.

1 ★ Spent half hour exploring app, entered last 2 weeks of hours and tried to export and already wants payment. Not even enough time to figure it out and try using it for a few days. Will pick a more flexible app.
3 ★ It's nice to colour code my clients and easily add hours and notes. The problem for me is I don't see a way to export the notes which is what I send my clients. I don't need to invoice through here as I use quickbooks and that sends them a receipt but you have to use the invoice here to export notes and that is in the next level subscription. It would also be nice to add more than one filter when exporting to csv.ie. client and date range
5 ★ Since Covid, I was having a hard time tracking true worked hours considering all the interruptions of home schooling my son. This app is so easy to use & allowed me to record pauses in my workday with a touch of a button. Best app I have found for this!
4 ★ Was working fine but suddenly today I can't get into the app. Comes up login failed then forces me out of the app. I have checked the play store and no new update available.
