1 ★ It won't connect to the w&o pos
5 ★ It is very good still need some update but I love it. I hope it connent when pos log off. And many time no connection. Please fix this problems.
3 ★ Needs to have settings to change sound for order up. Also when should notify pos when orders are completed sound and different color. But really needs a sound setting so cook gets notification when orders appear.
1 ★ It continually crashes and is constantly freezing or pausing for some reason or other as the newly sent order almost never shows up.
2 ★ Crashes. No notification sound. No recieved or done indicator.

1 ★ When I got on I couldn't get on the app because it said no connection
5 ★ I have 2 kitchen monitors. One displays the correct order ti e , the other says it was ordered 728 minutes ago. Need a solution. Also a larger summary screen.
