1 ★ Never never never will recommend this app. I ordered items worth rs.516/-on 6.05.2021.Not only that i never received the items till no,.the contact number is worthless.no response. Do not know where I should enquire. There is no provision in the app to cancel the order. In the morning it says "delivery by today 4 pm to 10 pm" in the evening it changes to " delivery Tomorrow by 4 pm to 10 pm". The cheapest way of cheating the common people in this difficult covid situations .

1 ★ Very bad experience I placed order and money debited from for the item purchased from account.But few items were missing when delivered.Contacted the number available on the app but no response

1 ★ On 7 i made an online purchase and my account was debited, but till now goods are not delivered.no need for the copy paste response from bismi side, so those who are going to use this app please be aware.

1 ★ Pathetics service. Please dont order from this App. They dont show any proper slots. They never show if the order is delayed. Pathetic customer service.

2 ★ Good and bad. First things first... Good things are fresh and quality products, reasonable price. Delivery part is okayish with nice packaging and friendly staff. What is a severe let down though is the app itself! Full of non descript irritating bugs...add a product and finally at the time of checkout shows out of stock! We make payment..money debited...but page says something went wrong. Fortunately the Bismideal service guys helped me out. The developers need to work on this big time!!

1 ★ Bad service.I ordered groceries and in the app showing that the items will deliver within the time slot.After the time slot I called the number they told that it didn't billed yet.very bad customer service

1 ★ Have ordered a total of thrice and it was highly troublesome. I recommend that you guys don't use it so what you don't loose money like I did. Very poor app. I didn't even get a proper response.

1 ★ Not a convenient app. Ordered for items worth 502. Delivered only for rs 210. Could not Track or contact anybody for the issue. Refund came after 3 days.

1 ★ Very bad service. Account debited for rs.1400,delivered items for Rs 900 and refund initiated for rs 300..200 rs lost in between.. Another fact is no quality in packaging.Food items and cleaning items packed together.. Never order any Meat/ Fish from Bismi. Received bad quality Meat. But at store we used get good quality product. Customer service is pathetic ..

1 ★ I have orderd and i have not got any inquiry reagrding the time when it will ne arriving and also none of the staffs are picking..or it just says it will be deleivered by tommorrow and tgey have taken the amount tooooo ...which is completely ridiculous

1 ★ YOU NEED TO MENTION THE TIME OF DELIVERY BEFORE PAYMENT.THE ITEMS ARE DELIVERD AFTER TWO DAYS OF MY ORDER .THAT ALSO SERVED AFTER CALLING AND SPEAKING WITH THE BISMI TEAM FOR SEVERAL TIMES WITH THE DIFFERENT PERSONS.

5 ★ Excellent service.. Within two hours they delivered to me. Actually my place is 23km away form them.

1 ★ For 3 purchase orders debit 4 times amount from my account... one amount repeated 2 times... All 3 orders are cancelled from their customer service but amounts not refunded... I am reporting the same with their customer service they said that their IT closed, check the same next working day... but now no reply from their customer service, call not taken. Very bad service

1 ★ Delayed delivery and poor service!! Nobody is there to give updation or pickup the call.
