Description
Imam Al-Ashmawi lived in the 15th century (815-923 AH/1412-1517 CE) and was a prominent figure in Islamic jurisprudence and theology. He wrote several influential works, including "Matn Al-Ashmawiya", which is a comprehensive treatise on Islamic law and jurisprudence.
"Matn Al-Ashmawiya" is considered a seminal work in the Shafi'i school of thought and has been widely studied and referenced by scholars and jurists for centuries. It covers various aspects of Islamic law, including worship, transactions, family law, and criminal law, among others.
