Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows an application to record audio.
Allows an application to modify global audio settings.
Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.

1 ★ Do not download this app. it has nothing to do with your bill or anything else. it's just a walking ad. if you try to change any of your information on this app it won't go through, to the actual AAA services avoid this app at all costs.
1 ★ Cant log in. I can log into the web site, but app says wrong password. Why would it use a different pw database than the web site... Also, some users have complained about adds. Why are there adds in an app that supports a service we have already paid for.
1 ★ This app is useless. Been trying to call them stranded in the highway for 35 minutes only to be transfered to the suthern California department and wait another 22 minutes and counting!
1 ★ App doesn't work. After log in it puts you back to the main page to sign in. It doesn't recognize your membership number/login either. Installed it twice. Now I won't put it back again because there is no use...
3 ★ Dont count on them on a Friday and Saturday in a big city like Chicago. Made me wait for 1 hour and half and then 2 hours and they never came or called me back. Had to wait and find a tow and pay them so hopefully i can be reimbursed.
1 ★ This is my rating of AAA in general. They took my money didn't sent me my membership card since September 2020 and didn't answer on my email messages but they keep sending me tons of ads. it all looks like a banal fraud. I want my money back!!!

4 ★ Worked great for roadside service. I don't have enough experience with the app to really give it a full evaluation.
4 ★ The app has gotten much better recently. Feels more like a standalone app instead of a laggy web browser. Load times and intuitive UX design could still improve
5 ★ The mobile app is simple, dispatch is prompt, driver's arrival time was qwik & professional, with the premier membership they are with me everywhere I travel
2 ★ this app will suck your battery dead fast! other than that, it is very functional..in fact, Their service is second to none! Easy 5 stars once your a member. Edit: the battery drain seems much better than when I did my original I would give this more stars but I just renewed my membership (3rd year) and they force you to accept auto renewal or you can't proceed. I cancelled it, after taking time out of my day, but will shop elsewhere next year unless that option changes.
1 ★ Terrible app. Doesn't recognize my membership number. After skipping the membership number screen, I can't enter it. I'm stranded roadside.
1 ★ This app is almost 400 MB at the default data! And that is before caches are adding up to over 500 Mb before clearing to under the default size. The near 400 Mb is unacceptable for this app. Find a way to reduce the technical size of this app to under 100 Mb. Just uninstalled this app for that reason. No excuse for this to hog storage space on my phone.
3 ★ No matter how many times I login in on the app, it still says guest & shows that I am not logged in. I even reset my password thinking that my login was possibly the issue. I ended up having to use the website to book a hotel. My kids do travel sports so AAA comes in handy for hotel discounts... just wish the app would let me login.
4 ★ It works well and provides me information about my membership so I don't have to carry another membership card in my wallet. The travel features are pretty good. I like that when you plan out directions somewhere, it can give you recommended stops along the way, even when you to set specific times to take driving breaks. What I don't like is the app uses almost a gig of storage (800 mb) and I don't understand why. At least give me an option to use a SD card.
