-Save your reservation: Your recently viewed reservations are automatically saved in the app so you can easily grab the details for your next flight in seconds.

1 ★ Worst airline app I have used yet. Possibly the worst I have ever used period. It doesn't navigate well, things are hard to get to if at all. Trying to add miles for a flight I already took is like trying to find buried treasure with no map. BE AWARE this app doesn't update in real time so if you get an electronic boarding pass, don't trust the gate or really anything because it could have changed and you won't know it. I also had the app crash just before I went to show my boarding pass. 👎
3 ★ It's not accurate a lot of the time when there are gate, seat or other changes. The website and the app aren't always displaying the same information. The app will frequently have issues loading or it will stop in the middle of a search for flight info.
1 ★ Impossible to check in online after having a "Ready to Fly" check mark on VeriFLY (Another useless app where you submit your COVID19 vac/test information). Chatted with a customer service agent who told me "I don't know", called and left me waiting almost 45 minutes, at the end I decided to hang up the phone. Don't even bother to download this app, better wake up early and check in at the airport counter
1 ★ I have been a member for almost a year. This app is terrible. I have to log in every time. A lot of times it won't accept my password, causing me to have to change it AGAIN. Today I'm trying to log in to check my flight for this Saturday and again it's not recognizing me. You have to know your flight number in order to check anything. It should already know your flight info. It is NOT user friendly. More frustrating than it's worth. I'll be canceling after this trip.
1 ★ Chat feature is terrible. Connectivity is bad, so agents have to interrupt conversations prematurely. Copy-paste is not allowed: good luck re-typing your issue to every new agent after they dropped you. There are no timestamps in the chat, and I doubt this is done by mistake
1 ★ Have to log in again and again despite checking keep logged in. And you have to enter name AND user/FF# AND password, which no other airline app requires. Doesn't update the gate to the most current gate even after hitting refresh so you'll go to the wrong gate frequently if you rely on the app.
2 ★ When the app works, it's great but unfortunately it's been causing a significant amount of headaches. There are times where the boarding pass just doesn't show up. Do not rely on this app as your main boarding pass.
2 ★ App is terrible. 90+% of the time it shows a blank screen for the boarding pass, if it even shows the flight. Occasionally I have to search with my confirmation number just to get it to show my flight. At least 75% of the time when searching for flights it has an error.
1 ★ Your system offers ability to cancel trip. I had a flight booked and the flight was cancelled. This is under flight record JFOUDC. I cannot travel now until Aug Your system clearly states you can cancel a reward travel and book a new flight. Instead the system forces me to choose a date in close date proximity. I must sit here on hold for an hour. Totally unnecessary inconvenience. I should be offered the option stated as possible. TO CANCEL !!!! THEN BOOK NEW. BUT NO I HAVE SUFFER ON HOLD
1 ★ The app is terrible and completely showed a different gate and flight. For example it notified me that my plane changed and said I was on a 5 hour different flight and flight 2882 is now in terminal 5 instead of 3. Do not trust anything this app states.
5 ★ Love the app but I hate that we have been on the plane - sitting on the tarmac - for over an hour with no reason given as to why our flight is not taking off.
2 ★ It is a convenient app but it's just not pulling up my boarding passes for some reason. Had to wait in the security area and go to website to have those mailed to me. What's the point of the app then.
1 ★ I downloaded the app after booking my flight, and there is *zero* information about my flight. There's no mobile boarding pass. There's no indication whatsoever that I'm going to be flying today.
4 ★ Good app, it updated accurately, but the widget didn't update the gate change. Also, the widget kept defaulting to my departure flight on my return trip. A little annoying.
1 ★ American Airlines cancelled trip CLT to FLL, flight 321. Reason given: bad weather. THEY LIED! Weather in FLL was good, according to weather app. So I must wait for flight 1429 leaving CLT approx 7:00 AM next morning. NO TRANSFER INFO ON AA APP!! Info is posted ONLY at CLT airport.
