1 ★ slow service in updates within the app . order was from McDonald's. when no milkshakes where available. regular coke was the replacement drinks even though been cheaper no refund !! driver did call to say he was running late but couldn't phone when drinks were an issue ! make no sense wont use again.

1 ★ Downloaded this app some time ago, but usually ordered via the web site. When i recently checked my account on the app i found i had someone else's email address and account info. I will be deleting this app

1 ★ Absolutely useless company. Ordered some food to not only not recieve a confirmation of payment but no one delivered my order. When I called the restaurant to chase it up apparently he said that most of the time the drivers never show up so I had to go and pay for a taxi to collect my car from a friend's to then drive and get it myself. You have failed on the most basic fundamentals of your job. 1 star is being generous
