VIVA TÁXI é uma empresa 100% moçambicana. A ideia original surgiu no final de 2017, com o propósito de facilitar o dia a dia dos moçambicanos. A falta de t****tas bem formados, a falta de taxímetro, a experiência de ter de negociar tarifas com os motoristas, a falta de troco e a falta de carros em bom estado foram os principais motivos para o arranque da empresa de transporte de táxis em Maputo. Decidiu-se então criar um aplicativo de fácil manuseio, onde o cliente pudesse acompanhar a rota do motorista e saber quem seria e quanto tempo ficaria no destino. O objetivo do VIVA é se expandir pelo continente africano proporcionando uma experiência agradável à população, tornando o transporte mais barato, rápido e seguro

Você é um turista em Moçambique? Você pode reservar um táxi com dias de antecedência. Um motorista bem treinado chegará em sua casa a tempo de buscá-lo. Em vez de esperar o serviço de transporte do hotel encher, pode usar a App viva táxi Passageiro, para apanhar um táxi em minutos a partir de qualquer ponto de Maputo - Matola. Você se sentirá seguro e feliz no final do dia, porque nossos motoristas estão lá para sua satisfação.
Como reservar ou solicitar um táxi viva é tão simples:
- Defina sua localização inicial em um mapa
- Defina seu local de destino em um mapa
- Defina o cronograma de pagamento e reserva e confirme. Não se preocupe, os motoristas aceitam dinheiro.
- Um motorista próximo ligará para você após aceitar o pedido para verificar sua localização exata.
- Você também pode ver a foto do motorista, a placa do veículo, os números laterais e uma breve informação sobre o motorista. Após completar a viagem, você pode solicitar um recibo em papel, ou revisar nosso e-recibo enviado para seu e-mail automaticamente, após a confirmação do pagamento.

4 ★ After a 4th time consecutive use the last car and persons were sure not the best of the service. In fact was very satisfied with all previous times except today's one. Passenger accompaning the driver treats you in the first person thou we never met before. The car door only opens half way so people must squeeze in and out, please buy some air freshner the car smelled like fish. Besides this points voyage was quick and quiet. Successes for future.
1 ★ I used this app very often but now I try to reinstall on new phone and it's not working. Message says that the email address already exists (which is clear because I used the app before) but I can't login with existing account. Big fail.
1 ★ Late drivers, inaccurate map (basically useless if I have to spend time explainingto the driver where I am over a bad phone connection), no change after rides (or having to wait 10+ minutes for the driver to look for change), broken AC in some cars
2 ★ Constant glitches and the price is never the same as indicated. The same route can have a 300 met range depending on the mood. Unidentifiable language. A mess
1 ★ Good in the beginning, in the last trips the experience was very bad. The lied about arrival time, in the last I had to wait a lot for the car...
5 ★ Finding it difficult to enter a destination although not required. There is an option under settings to change language but only Portuguese available - Possible to enable English ?
1 ★ I couldnt even log in with facebook... a lot or speling mistakes... and not accepting a Normal Credit card (with balance and validity all checked more tha 3times)... it just donsen't work
