5 ★ Easy to manage, and I love that I can have the information all in one place!

1 ★ Got this because of all it's bragging..... a months ago. Got my $10 voucher all sorted, plan etc. BOOOOOM! right after they took the payment for my second month they dropped my Wi-Fi!! So now I have to go find them on someone's computer with Wi-Fi. The Self Care works as long as the plan does, and there's a way of contacting them on the app itself if NEEDED. I understand the Self Care. But I don't expect to be maroooned on an island. When this is sorted, they'll get 4 more stars.
