Description
The club AS - THE DESIRE TO LIVE eV sees itself as a self-help association in Germany and Austria for people with a neuromuscular disease, in particular the ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis).
Our goals are:
Self-determination and independence of those affected

Securing the quality of life
Promoting and supporting research to cure or alleviation of disease
THE TASKS OF THE ASSOCIATION
The main tasks are enshrined in the Articles of Association:
Promote research in the field of motor neuron disease ALS
Information and education on the ALS in public
Improving treatment options
Contact point for sufferers to advise treatment options
Advice on the psychological and organizational coping with the disease
