Description
Flash Alerts will be very useful to you specially at times when you do not want to hear your phone ringtone.
You can change the blinking frequency or flashlight like if you want flash alerts to be slow or high.
Flash Alerts on call is free to try. Flash continues to blink while receiving a call.

Flash On Call 2.7 APK requires following permissions:
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an application to modify global audio settings.
Marker permission for applications that wish to access notification policy.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows an application to collect battery statistics
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
