PLEASE NOTE: The SimplySmart Home app is currently limited to our Security Camera, Security Sensors, Zip Siren, Cube IP Camera, Zip, and Doorbell Sensor!
For Switchmate Original, Slim, or Power Outlet please see our Switchmate Home app instead. Our Switchmate Devices are currently being reworked under our new ecosystem and will be added very soon!

SimplySmart Home devices are currently only sold in the US and Canada, but we're working on international releases and hope to be launching in various international markets in 2019!

1 ★ First the zip firmware was supposed to be updated and got "stuck", after several emails with support they just sent me a new one, then the cube did the same and is "stuck" trying to update firmware, so I'm just going to throw everything in the garbage (except the AA batteries) and never buy from them anything ever again, this is a total and utter joke so stay away and DO NOT waste your money!
1 ★ Worked with switch only for short period. App uninstalled. Swithmate switch on and off worked for only few days. Need timer featture to repeat at a certain time of day. Sunset.Tried to install again, nowhere to be found. Auto time on and off worked only with Bluetooth. Never with wireless or Google Assistant. Very unreliable. Cannot use it.
1 ★ I purchased the smart home outlet and i was very disappointed to find the app is not compatible or up to date with the product I purchased. I think it's very unprofessional to be selling products that require an app to work and the app not be sufficient. I think an update of the app is required before merchandise gets put on shelves. I was very disappointed with this and unless this is resolved i do not plan on purchasing any products in the future.
1 ★ What the purpose of releasing an app that dosent support the items already manufactured...... I have several switch mate power outlets and all are non functional via the app that you presently have on the Google store fix the problem or is this a marketing scheme to get people to buy new products. What the hell 8s the meaning of coming soon.... Put a date stick to it.... Millions of plug outlets I am sure are bricks.....
1 ★ The directions that come with the switchmate tell you to download the app to make it work the switchmate is not available as part of the app
5 ★ I was skeptical looking for a quality camera that was affordable and fit my needs. I decided to purchase this Cube kit and unfortunately had a couple issues pairing the Cube set to the app. This is where my rating differs from the rest...the customer service was excellent! The customer service representative was patient and thorough (I'm not a tech guy) and everything is still working great two months later! Would recommend!
1 ★ I just purchased Switchmate Power and Slim Smart Light switch. This app refers to downloading Switchmate Home 3.0 to control the devices as this app is yet to be updated to control them (apparently this app is taking 4ever to be update as the message referring to the 3.0 app was entered 1/2019). I've searched ENDLESSLY in the Google App Store and DO NOT FIND the app reference. This device is a waste of time and money.
1 ★ I paired the 'zip' and started a firmware update. The update failed and now the 'zip' will not work. The camera will not work without the 'zip' and you cannot buy a 'zip' on its own. Do yourself a favour and get a Canary system or a Kuna system.
1 ★ Awful experience. I downloaded multiple apps from switchmate, only to find out that there is no app currently for this device. However you need the app in order to set this up with Google Assistant. Wish I'd never bought this thing! It's going back to Amazon ASAP!
1 ★ Just got an app update for Switchmate wall outlits and light switches. I have been complaining they dont work with app or google home. Feeling like I'm getting no where and they dont CARE. I get a app update today. That says when opened. Light switches and outlits coming SOON! WHAT?????? WHY. MY MONEY IS WASTED. ALOT OF BATTWRIES TO RUN SWITCHES AND OUTLITS. IM SUPPOSE TO HAVE AN APP THAT WORKS. ENTIRE POINT. DON'T BUY!!
1 ★ I'm not pleased. I can't set/change my timers. This is a major safety issue. When will this issue be resolved?Can the original app be temporarily restored in order to reset our timers?
1 ★ Where is the light option? Coming soon!? It used to be available before updating the app!!! For others having this issue, you can find the old version of the app on APKMirror.
1 ★ The smart power outlet isn't available on the app. "coming soon"!!?!? How can you sell a smart product that needs to run off your app and the app can't support it yet. This company won't last. I'm returning it.

1 ★ Just bought this smsrt home cube security camera for my house and tryed to connect it but wont let me ask for my email address and password but wont go throught at all tryed to make a new address but that would not go though ether and some apps say not availble yet like how can you sell somthing that does not exsist on hear or work on hear what did i buy a vary exspensive paper weight
