3 ★ This app does not work on android m. Do you have support for android m? I have one scanner socket mobile chs 8ci and i've been trying to pair it with nexus 5 android m os version but no success. I am also working to integrate the sdk with my android app, jar version 10.2.1.0 and is still not working on android m. Can you help.me?thanks
2 ★ I have a Samsung Galaxy Alpha, followed all instructions and managed to pair my Socket Mobile 8Ci with the app, and the test works. But when I go to open the Memo app and scan items, nothing is written on the app, despite the Socket being the default input method and all. Why?? What am I supposed to do to get this to work as advertised?
1 ★ Can't even download it. I have 375 mb internal and 14gig on the sd card available and it says insufficient storage. Exactly how much space do you think you need?
1 ★ I've had this scanner for a lil while now.hoping their would b an update to make this thing work properly,but i guess not.im using htc1 phone i thought it would be old enough version.

5 ★ When you read the manual the app and scanner work like a charm.
1 ★ I followed the setup directions for my 7Ci just fine on a new Samsung Tab, but was unable to finish because there is no hardware "menu" button on the device (and many other new devices). Please add a soft menu button to the app. If you do soon, I'll change this rating, and continue to recommend your hardware to my clients.
1 ★ Won't work properly with most phones with any version of Android post-Jelly Bean. Needs a soft menu button (the one with three dots)
