[Permission information for using the app]
1) Required access rights
- Network: Permission to use the network, which is required to access the DVR.
2) Optional access rights
- Photos and videos: Permission to access device photo media files. This permission is required to use the QR code photo import, screenshot image storage, and video recording storage functions.
- Camera: Access to the device's camera, which is required to use the QR code recognition function.
- Microphone: Access to the device's microphone, which is required to use the recorder's speaking function.
- Notification: This is the permission to access the device's notifications and is required to display it on the device when a PUSH notification comes from the recorder.
* You can use the app even if you do not agree to the optional access permissions.
* If you do not agree to the optional access rights, normal use of some functions of the service may be difficult.

2 ★ Had this for more than 3 yrs worked fine until today it keeps saying connection error which I've always had my connection on my phone and also says error ckuser and doesn't even connect and I've updated the software on the dvr box by the person who fitted them
4 ★ After working fine for a few months the app now keeps saying network disconnected ,after initially connecting for about 20 seconds.dont know what the hell to do to solve it.it would also be nice, (and professional),to at least answer some of your customers reviews??

1 ★ Why has this app quit sending snapshots through Google email. Google says your not secure this party app to send them now. Explain... please
1 ★ Unfortunately, this app is useless works for a couple of weeks, and then it goes down. There was no response down for 9 days using an android phone. Awful
