It has five strategic regions around ring road, so it could send the closest one. The equipment includes, oxygen mask, and fluids. It is a national toll free number, and the ambulance service is also active in chitwan. If, all the ambulances are occupied, it could also mobilise others like red cross ambulance. So, please in most upayogi replace red cross with NAS -102
