SendHelper by PropertyGuru 14.0.042 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows an application to record audio.

Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

Marker permission for applications that wish to access notification policy.

1 ★ Terrible. They ask of questions, waste time and then promise to call back. They never call back

1 ★ I was unhappy with the deep cleaning. they kept changing the appointment for several times but they even came late for one and half hour. cleaning status is a mess that we had to re-clean the unit... I was really pissed off... never use the app again. +we asked them to throw something away and they said yes.. but is turns out they hide it at the selves at the top........

4 ★ Easy to use app, cleaner are punctual and usually are really helpful. Just hope can get the same preferred cleaner more easily so i don't need to explain everything again to different cleaners. Glad that it has 2 hour option as my house is small doesn't need much time to clean. The price has gone up recently hopefully will not rise again.

2 ★ User interface is terrible. The App does not tell you any details about your helper, apart from her username and phone number. What's the point of asking customers to rate the helper when the ratings are not visible to other customers? I think you are better off finding a helper from the newspapers. Also, the App does not allow you to delete your credit card details. Please think twice before you use this App.

1 ★ No explanation abt usage of their credits.Hide important point in small prints. Inadequate FAQs abt their terms. Only After i bought credits, then i realised it cannot b used for recurring service. They flatly turned down my request for refund of credits & didnt listen to my feedback. I felt cheated. This is not respecting customers' right to get refund for some credits they do not need. want to tell Others STAY AWAY Frm this app

5 ★ Clean and efficient helpers. Also couldn't find a single cleaner for fortnightly appointment, so got a call from the service team to suggest alternative slot. But first slot I didn't want changed, so they were able to break the booking into two - first one being a single appt, and the remaining being fortnightly on the alternative day. I was charged the same rates as for fortnightly appt. Great help!

1 ★ Very bad experience with deep cleaning services. Despite paying 400 SGD it was not up to the moving out standards. i had to pay separately 150 SGD for additional cleaning. The platform team tried to resolve the issue but with not much success. No compensation was offered for the two days waiting for the cleaners to arrive and the unsatisfactory done job by the contractors. Pity. Easy to use app and good range of services.

4 ★ App is useful. Jobs gets matched immediately thus you do not have to worry if this app has enough users. The one gripe I have is the app constantly complaining about "network connectivity issues" when there is not any. Issue persists no matter which connection I am on.

5 ★ I have been using their Aircon services and Laundry services for the past 3 years and the professionalism they are maintaining all the while is outstanding. They are very quick and helpful for fixing the appointment. And the helpers are skilled and trained enough to give you best services and professional advices. I strongly recommend them to everyone. 👍

5 ★ Required emergency cleaning service. Booked a job 2-3 hours before and got the job done.. excellent service. app very easy to use and navigate.. pricing was reasonable as well. highly recommend it to people to meet their service needs

5 ★ I used Sendhelper during my short stay in SG a few months back. Having used other apps in SG and other markets i must commend SendHelper team on providing a very professional, efficient and cost effective experience. Definitely the best such service in SG We used it for deep cleaning of the entire apartment. The staff was well trained and equipped and polite/professional.

1 ★ Unreliable service! Paid up for 1 month but helper always changes last minute. Edited: Sendhelper, wrote to you but your email response is slow. Can you find a replacement for tomorrow? No reply. There is also no phone number to call. Only email. And you can't remove your credit card details.

4 ★ It is quite efficient in finding helper or last min helper however, it depends on validity. The down side is u cannot rescheduled on the app and have to WhatsApp them.. Ipside is they respond quite promptly.

5 ★ Great app! I booked a cleaning job and i got a helper assigned in less than 10 min. The customer support is very prompt and helpful. Best app in Singapore for you household needs.
