Location
The Kepler city Weil der Stadt is located in picturesque Würmtal, surrounded by greenery and yet only about 28 kilometers away from the bustling state capital Stuttgart.
In the former imperial city all common types of schools are represented, from primary school through secondary school up to high school. Also available for the youngest of five kindergartens, among other things, with all-day care, are available.
Weil der Stadt practice over ten doctors in a variety Fachrichtungen.Drei pharmacies, many supermarkets, a cinema, an indoor pool, several banks and several restaurants and cafes complete the comprehensive care.
The tram terminus Stuttgart Sindelfingen S6 and S60 and the bus station, with connections for example to Sindelfingen, Böblingen and Calw are about five minutes walk from the building site. The motorway junctions Heimsheim, Rutesheim or Leonberg can be reached in a few minutes.
Locally around twenty clubs for all interests and ages offer a colorful variety of programs. A high recreational value offers the nearby Black Forest with its countless opportunities for hiking and biking.

The building
Condominiums and detached and terraced houses in the Hindenburgstraße / Max Caspar Street in Weil der Stadt.
In an attractive and undeveloped south facing of Weil der Stadt we create a modern residential area with clear and straight shapes for an extremely high level of comfort and quality in Heckengäu.
In the circa 3,600 m2 vacant lot, an ensemble of two apartment buildings, each with seven condominiums, four semi-detached houses and six townhouses, which added to its timeless elegance and understated held architecture as a highlight in the environment arises. The total of 47 underground parking spaces, outdoors and as carports complete the ensemble.
The 2-4 room apartments, which can be reached barrier-free with the lift, have large light-filled floor plan with living space of about 53 m2 to 153 m2.
