1 ★ Тупо не работает, после ввода подключения к сети модуль защиты от протечек пропадает из сети. Вводить имя WiFi сети вручную? Потому что вашему программисту лень было реализовать выбор из списка? Что прошлое приложение было ужасным, что новое... Какой кошмар. Нафиг купил эту навороченную версию с WiFi модулем если все равно всё либо работает через раз либо вообще не работает.
1 ★ Термостат MCS 350 в режиме AP, телефон подключен к термостату по WiFi, мобильный интернет выключен, однако приложение не может обнаружить термостат.
3 ★ Не умеет работать с Google Assistant
1 ★ neptun pro +wi-fi, приложение перестало видеть девайс. пишет "module is offline" и все. хотя все пункты по инструкции прохожу. на протечку уведомление не приходит, хотя раньше приходило! менял роутер, менял имя сети, переустанавливал приложение, ничего не помогает. "module is offline" и все тут. в приложении подключены еще два регулятора mcs 350, с ними все ок. если поставить старую версию приложения, которая называется neptun prow+wifi, то все работает!
4 ★ Сделайте, пожалуйста, чтобы сирену протечки можно было выключить удаленно, а то у меня котики и собачка пугаются :)
1 ★ Невозможно подключить устройства equation. В режиме smart config пишет "device setup done successfully" даже если устройство не вкючено. поле wifi name неактивно, не даёт заполнить. В режиме access point не видит устройства, находящиеся в соответствующем режиме.
4 ★ + Можно управлять удаленно Минусы: - только два режима при работе по расписанию (нужен хотя бы третий: типа день/ночь/эконом) - неочевидная начальная настройка (для не IT-шника вообще не понятно, что куда подсоединяется) Пожелания: 1. Отдельные наборы режимов и настроек датчиков "Я дома"/"Я ушел". То есть когдя я дома, например, работает одно расписание и настройки датчиков в программном режиме, а когда Я ушел загружается другое расписание (+ когда я дома регулятор работает по полу+воздух, а когда ушел, например, только по воздуху). 1.а Или хотя бы увеличить возможную температуру в экономичном режиме до 18-20 градусов
3 ★ Старое приложение видит msc350 это, нет. Контроллеры с прошивкой 2.1.2. не через AP не через SA. Никак. Что может быть?
