1 ★ When login, I get 3 kind of response 1. "Sorry account has been lock", then I click login again, same msg 2. After repeated step one 3 times I get "Opss something is not right", then I click login again 3. it show loading non stop Then I tried in the website, mostly same as above
1 ★ My last review was on 4th Nov 2019 about not being able to make payments. It's 2021 now and still facing the same problem regularly. Sometimes mistakenly paid twice due to this so-called failures!
1 ★ Unable to login. Heck! Can't even open the app, your motto is Power To Grow but your app didn't. Dissapointing...
1 ★ something wrong after i update this app, I forget my password and get the new password also can't sign in. And i try register by new email. It's also not functioning.

1 ★ Worst app.. Second time install on my handphone and still its not working.. Followed the instruction of clearing the chache at the apps file does not make any different..
1 ★ Worst app in the history of all apps. Can't even open it. It's permanently stuck at the Sarawak Energy logo page. Tried clearing cache but didn't work as well. Don't bother installing.
2 ★ I was use this app every month, it is a very good app. However, after this app upgraded or what, I have no idea with this app, keep sign out my account, and every single functions was take so long of time to loading, after that straight log out my account.
1 ★ On several occasions the apps would log-out by itself and it took forever to log-in. Very disappointing experience. The older version was so much user friendly. Wondering now, how to make payment??? Truly disappointed!
2 ★ Wanted to pay my bills but for goodness sake I can't log in eventhough I tried 5 times. When I did manage to log in, suddenly it logged me out of the blue. And opening the tab to see statement takes forever. This is so frustrating

2 ★ Cannot download bill in PDF. Also not support zoom-in in the app. It makes me so difficult to read the figures on bill after subcribed to e-bill. Sigh...
