1 ★ The app won't allow me to access it. Keeps telling me it has bugs. Last I checked, I had 1200 reward points. Now I can't access the app. Time to switch gas stations. I'll let my coworkers, who are all truck drivers, to change gas stations as well. The rewards are useless. Wasted time and money accumulating the points I had.
1 ★ All of a sudden ( 29 Nov 2023) very glitchy. Will not load account, or allow me to sign back in after signing out and later unstalling app altogether. Last time I update within 6 months of a new update as this is what happened in March as well. Cant sign in and use the rewards I rack up when I want to... VERY INCONVENIENT. IF 0 STARS WAS AN OPTION THATD BE MY OFFERING TO THE CREATORS OF THE " UPDATE".
2 ★ App not opening 😔 2 stars for now!!!! It was doing awesome!! I was using it and able to get my reward points, redeem reward points!!! Special sales and coupons too!! But then an update stopped the app from opening!! Hasn't opened since! I uninstalled and reinstalled, checked for updates and still... Nothing!!! If this bug gets fixed.... I'll give it 5 stars!
2 ★ It signs me out all the time and I don't remember my password to get back in. Make it biometrics or Google sign in and it will be much more smooth. For the last 3 days the app is not operable and I can't spend the $80 I have loaded there in gift cards. EDIT* It worked for the last two weeks, now again it has stopped loading. C'mon... it's 2023. I don't mind playing the game of using the app and getting points, but don't make it so sporadic that it is un-usable.
1 ★ It won't open. It flashes the icon like it's about to open but then goes right back out and refuses to open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, but the same problem has happened. For now, I've had to just take it off my phone. It's shame because I'm an employee and can't even help or recommend customers to get it. This is happening to a lot of people. I hope it is fixed soon.
1 ★ I couldn't agree more with the other comments.... This app use to work perfectly!!! Now every time I click on it , it starts to open but just shuts. Won't open. My points haven't been accumulating like they use to either and a large chunk of my points are about to expire b/c I can't use them if I can't get the app to open. Major bummer!!!! I use to go multiple times a day but I've stopped going bc I'm not getting the rewards I use to get :( I hate this b/c I loved the app and rewards offered :(
1 ★ Never Works! This app used to work perfectly, but now everytime I open it it logs me out. It also seems like my points never add up, and there aren't ever any coupons anymore. I don't know if there was a recent update that caused it to stop working but it is so annoying so I just uninstalled it. I don't like opening it looking for coupons just to be disappointed.
4 ★ I do like the app and how simple it is to track gallons purchased, amounts spent on fuel, savings on fuel, etc. The one thing I hate about this app is the fact you can only look at Regular and Diesel prices if you look up RaceTrac stores. As someone that owns multiple vehicles that can ONLY run 93+ I'd love to be able to see ALL fuel prices on trips. Thank God they display diesel prices, though. I love that when I'm driving my Duramax. Overall a great app, just missing a couple key ingredients.
3 ★ Overall I like the app however the accumulation of points and moving to to the next levels is lengthy because you don't earn lot of points for purchases. Additionally it would be nice to use points towards discounts on gas seeing that most of the points earned are from gas purchases. But points and coupons have come in handy when I don't have cash and prefer not to use my debit or credit card for small purchases such as coffee or fountain drinks.
1 ★ Opened the App and found no points after numerous times filling up. Tried to check account, app would not let me access the account. Have been an email member for over 10 years, prior to any app. Installed app several years ago, and apparently it doesn't recognize me. Very disappointed after so many years as a customer at RaceTrac.
1 ★ Pages are EXTREMELY slow to load or don't load at all like, "Rewards Card Upgrade" page. So far, I've been sitting here staring at the rotating circle on the page for around 7-8mins. Can the developers fix this without messing up something else or should I save myself some time and uninstall it now?
1 ★ App was great but now hasn't worked for over a month. Can't use my points. Drive a cab and buy a lot of gas and shop in store numerous times a day. Guess I gotta shop somewhere else since I can't get my rewards and other companies have them. Can't believe a company this size can't fix this "bug" like the message says everytime I try to open it...
1 ★ After driving all the way over here for a 699 pizza which I was emailed as a special perk, the app won't open. I asked somebody about it and they tell me I have to update it that there was an update issued. I go through everything I know and I can find no option for updating and I cannot get into the app. This is a waste of my time
1 ★ I love Racetrac and love the rewards program. But the app is unusable since the last update. I even deleted and reinstalled. Into the app is fixed I will not be spending the $40 a day I normally spend at Racetrac. It is a week later, and the app is still not fixed. I miss shopping at Racetrac.
3 ★ I can't open the app I tried unistalling it reinstalling it it keeps kicking me out I think the current Version had a bug in the software whoever keeps the app up to date please fix this problem so everyone can go back to using the app. I couldn't even use it to redeem for gas yesterday.
