You can enjoy the pet feeding experience from Petwant intelligent hardware, feeding butler, convenient feeding operation, real-time video monitoring and interesting data sharing.
Remote control, user-friendly operation and precise feeding
The easiest feeding setting and operation, for the convenient management of feeding for pet
1.Slide operations on your mobile phone to set feeding time and feeding component, which is simple and accurate
2.Switch is set for each feeding, so that you can turn off/on the specific feeding at any time
3.Supporting manual feeding (additional feeding not in the program setting)
Delicate and precise feeding record
The product has precise records of consumption status of dog food and using conditions of the pet
1.The product is equipped with precise weight sensor, and the weight monitoring is accurate to g, thus offering you the extremely accurate feeding for each meal

3 ★ The portuguese translation is somewhat strange and the app doesn't allow to change language settings. My dog's breed isn't on the list of dogs. She is a Boston terrier. If you could add it it would be nice. The app doesn't allow to share photos or videos through the app. You have to go to your gallery and share it.
4 ★ After initial problems it's working very well (Huawei Mate20X & Oneplus 3T) A very useful tool. Support (Skype only) were v helpful but couldn't fix our initial problem cos it wasn't their unit at fault. Our routers 2.4ghz WiFi had failed & needed to be reset. It's the only device using 2.4 wifi direct from our router so we hadn't noticed. Others were still getting 2.4 wifi from powerline extenders. The feeder was trying (& failing) to connect to a v weak signal it could detect from one of those
1 ★ Feeder randomly quit working. Update firmware. Can't get it to work again. Hard to connect. No tech support. This feeder works well when it works but I'd get something else if I could. I never know when it's going to quit working
3 ★ Have had it for a year and a half. Never missed a feeding. App just has some issues. Why so many needed permissions? I blocked all of them and the app still works. Also notifications (for feedings) stopped working completely.
1 ★ I'm abroad for two weeks, cat sitter in once a day, but I'm unable to feed cats in the evening. After a week lost connection. Can't see or feed cats. I'm really quite stressed about them. It really helps alleviate cat stress if they can hear my voice too
1 ★ Developers of this app need to make it more obvious that this version only supports Petwant PF-103. On the Apple store it is clearly stated. You need the other Petwant app for the F1 Wi-Fi.
1 ★ The last update finally broke a barely functional app which renders useless my hundred and $150 feeder. It won't connect to the feeder and if I try to send commands the whole app crashes.
2 ★ The app doesn't have the 5G WLAN connection. I've sent an email for support, look on the internet for answers, texted on Facebook page and still no answer. Please update the app so it connects to 5G.
3 ★ It used to work decently but now is quite buggy on my s20 note. It constantly crashes.
3 ★ its great when it works. but i have to keep uninstalling every 2 days on Samsung Android S9. latest android OS. keeps force stopping. :(
5 ★ Simple, does what it's supposed to do. Long press the 'set' button to get your device into pairing mode so you can start the setup process if needed.
1 ★ Horrible service, very frustrating dealing with this app and the device it is married to. customer service sucks. get another device that is made in America and is serviced in America.
1 ★ Can't log into the app or get an email to reset password. Says I don't have an account by that email, but when entering email address to reset password, it confirms I have an account, but won't send me an email to reset password.
1 ★ Last version was so bad Android os had to repeatedly shut it down for using too much cpu. Could kill a battery in 5 hours solo.
1 ★ App won't connect to the device, no usable support. No response to all of the latest complaints. Useless!
