Description
CareMonkey users can create care profiles containing a person’s emergency contacts, health and safety alerts, allergy details, medications, asthma plan, immunisations, blood type, organ donor details, health and ambulance insurance details and much more.
Care profiles can be shared with family, friends, or any organisation with a duty of care for their families, even when they are offline.
Organisations provide authorised carers (e.g. teacher, coaches, supervisors, etc) instant access to care profiles on mobile devices in an emergency...so they know who to call, what to do, or what to tell an ambulance paramedic.

1 ★ Needs a lot of fine tuning. It's slow to respond and options to respond are limited and has only yes or no answer options to questions that require more information. No options to respond to requests with questions. Instead of acknowledge and move on there should be an option to say I acknowledge but you need to more information. Or acknowledge but I need to provide more information. I end up having to email teachers for more info when I should have to.
2 ★ This app was taking up over 800MB of data storage on my phone for a scout group with 80 people in it. The app implements a fraction of the functionality that's available through the desktop web page and it's frustrating that this isn't all available when you're on the go.
5 ★ As a parent using this system for my child's school, it is fine and just like the web version. Was able to log in amd access my account well. Didn't have problems like those listed below. Seems like they may have fixed bugs?! All good from my perspective :)
2 ★ Earlier versions we're good. This and recent versions hopeless, in that you are unable to view recent choices (event confirms and declines). Can't even view the event details themselves
1 ★ Absolute trash app. Can't even log in - keeps saying "code incorrect" even though it isn't, and trying to reset it doesn't work.

5 ★ Use it with scouts i find it easy to sure and it says us a lot of paper ( saves trees🌿). I will reccomend this to other organisations I am involved with.

2 ★ This is good from a family point of view but I have to log into desktop to manage my groups and my members. Such a hassle.
1 ★ Appalling company and appalling set up. Doesn't allow for seperate households for seperated parents. Causes conflict how in 2020 anyone is foolish enough to believe that this app is fit for purpose is beyond me. I would recommend that schools no longer use this app

1 ★ Cant log in anymore. Keeps bombing out when trying to log in. Dissapointed.
1 ★ New update has made the app crash straight after loggin in, can not access any of my childs notes easily.
