1 ★ Same as below. No instructions included with hardware. App does not change language. QR code does not scan. No help or support available. Do not recommend.

1 ★ I cannot switch the language from Chinese, even though I select English. Activation scanner doesn't recognize activation QR code.

1 ★ It won't switch to English, and it will not scan my QR code to activate the app.
