5 ★ Amazing app to keep up with latest technology and would give a competitive advantage for any daycare and transparency to parents to keep update about their child in real time. Both the attendance app and parent engagement app services are worth using. Looking forward to see more services like this added up in future.
4 ★ The app has a great concept. I'd like to see the app utilized better by my child's daycare.
1 ★ App stopped working on all of my family's phones months ago. Everything says unauthorized access. Try to logout and get "logout failed". We have reinstalled on all of our android phones multiple times with no success. Been waiting and watching for resolution but no response.
4 ★ I really like the concept. It certainly has some room for improvement within the UI, but it does what it needs to do. I wish we could do more with the pictures than just download them. I would like to either share them directly (send in email/text) or at least choose my own download location. I have been having issues with the pictures not showing in my download folder.
4 ★ There a lot of great things about this app like having everything in one place instead of having a lot of different sheets for each kid. Also, it's great to be able to send pictures of kids and know it's going straight to their parents. There's room for improvement but overall it's a good app.
4 ★ My only problem is i had to reinstall the app after an issue with android phones, and now it wont let me log in. Said it was sending an email to recover my password, and it doesnt send. I cannot log in to check on my child.
3 ★ I love the concept but the app stopped working for some reason and I can no longer view any information, even though I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times.
5 ★ My parents love this app!!! It saves me so much time and paper. Also the representatives AJ and Kelly are extremely helpful and gave me such good information on other ways to improve marketing for my daycare. I must also say that it is at a much better price point than other similar apps. It is a must for your center!
4 ★ I changed from my phone to an Android tablet, and now the app stops/closes after logging in but before loading any data...and sometimes before. :-(
5 ★ The parents live it! Really convenient. Not only can the parents keep track of what their children did for the day but I, the provoder, can too. When you call they are very helpful and eager to help as well.
2 ★ The app used to work before but after a period now it only says my credentials do not exisist and if I try to log off it says it cannot perform the operation I already installed the app many times, restart the phone in between nothing will fix. Needs some polishing
4 ★ Love that it allows me to check in on my son. I use the app periodically to see how his day is going, what activities he is participating in, and check out pictures (if I am lucky).
2 ★ I do really enjoy the concept of the app however I have had two phones and neither one will allow me to log into the app. I can however log in on my computer. I have spoke to customer service about this and they have attempted everything they knew to help resolve the issue but I still cannot use the app on my phone. 😔
2 ★ My sons daycare sends out monthly newsletters and attachments via the app and they never download! Quite annoying
