Download the latest MyGreenVolt application, version 1.1.2, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Tools app is developed by Frederic Risacher and is easy to download and install.
Previous versions, including 1.1.2, are also available. If you need help or have any problems, please let us know.
Description
Before downloading this App, please understand that additional hardware is required. A Bluetooth OBD2 adapter is required(ELM327) and should be plugged into the OBD2 socket of the car on the driver side.
Presented in an easy to read layout, your device will show you:
- Instant power drawn from the the main traction battery
- indication showing when the friction brakes are applied
- Graph of instant power of each of the electric motors
- Clear bar chart showing temperature of battery, transmission, AC/DC converter and gas engine coolant
- Energy utilization breakdown for main traction, HVAC, Battery heater and other components
- Daily statistics as energy usage, electric and gas miles
- Actual and raw state of charge of the battery
- Min, max and average cell voltage
- And a lot more data from selectable sensors
Both metric and Imperial units are supported
This application makes use of HighCharts libraries (www.highcharts.com)

5 ★ I've had this cheap low profile OBD2 reader that I've used for over a year on my truck plugged it in and it works perfect here
4 ★ I have a 2017 Volt. The app works great except neither the red light nor the audible friction brake indicators appear to be functioning, even when I stomp hard on the brake pedal. (I have selected the audible indicator in Settings). Can anyone help?
