Description
ExpressNS™ is a mobile application created by Norfolk Southern to make the Ingate, Outgate, On-Terminal, and Pre-Gate procedures to our intermodal facilities easier for you.
You can perform the following functions using ExpressNS™:

Obtain Visuals of Parking & Pick up Locations
Search by Reservation Number or Equipment ID
Receive Electronic J1 Receipt
Submit Bad Order Information

1 ★ It freezes up most of the time and with new updates they want access to you photos, media files, camera, microphone, etc.. why all of a sudden to they want all your personal stuff on your phone? Has nothing to do with the app no thanks ill wait in line.
3 ★ If I don't pay attention for a while go to offline mode and it need to be restarted to work properly.
1 ★ It lets you in the gate but when you trying to take an empty it says " pool mismatch" and you still have to wait in line to get out.
4 ★ the update made it a pain to use... everytime the screen saver comes on (like when you're waiting to get in or out) it kicks you off and you have to re enter your password
4 ★ makes it a lot easier getting in and out but the app goes offline and you have to close it out and reopen it.
3 ★ The app is excellent, but if you loose your password, you cant get one by reseting or requesting one you need to call and customer service ohhh no, horrible
2 ★ App Freezes, Can not find location, Stays Thinking, makes the process harder than at times.
1 ★ You need to spend more money and make . this app simple like CSX has it . The app when you use it when coming in the front gate that's totally ridiculous
1 ★ says my cdl wasn't valid and the scrolling is horrible. sometimes gets stuck not letting you scroll.
4 ★ Very good app . It let you edit any mistake . Only need to improve reding at the gate.
2 ★ App keeps going offline, constantly having to reboot the system.
5 ★ Makes my job very convenient especially when I'm in a rush to get in and out. I highly recommend it for everyone!
3 ★ Keep getting the message at login "unable to process login request"
1 ★ doesn't work half the time. Have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
5 ★ Great and easy to operate. Reduces dwelling time a lot.
