Description
Convenient and easy to use, Moasure is a 300m/1000ft tape measure, ruler, protractor and a goniometer (angle measurer) - all in one simple app.
Simply move your phone from one point to another point and Moasure displays the distance or height difference between the two points, or the angle between them.
There’s no tape, no string, no laser beam or camera images. Instead Moasure uses the same technology found in space rocket guidance systems – the phone’s accelerometers and gyroscopes – to calculate precisely how far you have moved your phone. Moasure really is rocket science!
Moasure can measure the length, width, and height of objects, as well as internal room dimensions and even inter-room dimensions.
In fact, there’s not much that Moasure can’t measure.
• Measures distances from 10cm to 300m (4” to 1000ft) quickly and easily.
• The only app that retains its accuracy for distances greater than 10m/30ft, thanks to Moasure’s unique multi-step measurement mode.
• 5 different measuring modes for measuring objects, spaces, height difference and angles.
• Measures round obstacles as if they weren’t there - great for measuring room dimensions.
• Label and save measurements for future reference, printing and sharing via SMS or email.
• Displays in metric or imperial units.
• Measures the angle between two lines or surfaces.

Moasure is a serious measuring tool, suitable for use by professionals. It‘s ideal for estimating dimensions when quoting for jobs. (However, please don’t use Moasure when measuring to cut or drill material – it isn’t accurate enough to do that just yet.)
RELIABLY ACCURATE:
Moasure uses patented technology to get the most accurate and consistent results of any motion-measuring app available.
The accuracy of the measurement depends on the phone model, and the time it takes to complete the measurement. A visible and audible timer indicates when the accuracy starts to deteriorate.
For even greater accuracy, you can repeat the measurement a number of times and Moasure displays the average measurement.
*Results are for measurements taking 2 to 3 seconds to complete, on a range of different premium Android smartphones. Measurements over a shorter period should be more accurate, whilst longer measurements will be less accurate. When using multi-step measurements, the accuracy is determined by the time period for each measuring step.

1 ★ To measure you need to place against vertical wall every 4 seconds. Not for people who cannot move fast to next vertical location in 4 seconds. With large room and furniture in the room it's hard to move to vertical wall in 4 seconds. 4 seconds is way too short. Measurements were all over the place.
1 ★ Very intermittent and not trustworthy, be sure to take alternative tools, this has let me down many times!!!
2 ★ During calibration steps, you are to out the ohone face down. Any kind of motion during this process creats an error that you have to cluck yes to continue. Not worth the headache.
3 ★ amazing idea. very hard to get it to work. a regular tape measure is still faster and more accurate. concept is still amazing.
1 ★ I totally agree with another reviewer, the forced tutorials are ridiculous. it forced you to learn different ways to measure things, even if you have no interest in that type of measurement. And if you do t do the tutorials, you can't use the app. Ridiculous! I went and got a tape measure, accomplished the task faster then the first forced tutorial. Wasting my time.
2 ★ Edit: we tried everything possible to use this device. It's an amazing idea and wish the accuracy was tolerable. We simply can not work within this margin of error in the design or construction industry. Ben was extremely helpful and we worked through many different attempts to get more accurate readings from the device, but to no avail. Moasure made the return experience completely pain free. As they progress in their technology, I feel this device is a game changer - just not ready yet.
2 ★ This has a 2 star because of the idea and execution, but it has one flaw that other people have been complaining about (and I want to report has been happening to the Meizu M6 as well) It seems to randomize whether the phone is moving or not - I couldn't get past the setup, and decided to run a test. I put the phone on the floor and walked away from it, so not even vibrations there could cause anything. Still saying it's moving.
5 ★ Just tried this app, and frankly, I'm pleasantly surprised with what little I've seen! The measurements taken so far seem to be fairly accurate on my OnePlus 5. I was also amazed with the response from the app when the reliability of the measurement is low. And yes, i would hv happily written this review, even if had it not been for the higher accuracy promised with a review! Kudos, cheers, keep up the good work!
4 ★ This is a very impressive app. I'm still testing it out. Some tools are nore accurate than others. The height and length measuring tools are good, but don't find the Space tool very consistent at all. The issue with the Space tool is that my "vertical" movement of the phone with respect to my starting position on a wall seems to affect the end measurement. It is very difficult to keep my phone height at the exact same level when moving my phone as instructed to do so for the Space tool. The Space tool should just take into account my horizontal movement. The instructions should be improved for this tool at the least.
5 ★ This is such a genius and creative solution to measuring things when you have only your phone! I often need to measure objects and spaces quickly, but don't have a measuring tape nearby; this app solves this problem flawlessly. It is accurate and simple to use, with helpful walkthroughs on how to use the app for different measuring situations. It is one of the most innovative apps I have seen so far! This will be my go-to measurement tool when I'm on-the-go!
1 ★ Using w/the moasure one, this device and app both completely fail to deliver. The movement is almost never "good enough" for accurate measurement in real world conditions. Each measurement must be done repeatedly to get close to accurate results. The app has crashed 3 times in the last 15 minutes, losing data as I went to save. Pay to unlock modes for my $250 device? Are you kidding? Save money and frustration. Buy a tape, square, and measuring wheel for much better, less frustrating results.
5 ★ I've had this for a little while but was confused first time using it. Just opened it up again and the tutorial videos are spot on. Well done with those. Space and object measurements have been really good in my initial usage. I like the idea of taking multiple measurements for accuracy's sake. I also liked that you've even taken my case specs into account. Very polished. So far, so good!
5 ★ Pretty Good! I have been looking for something like this which is handy such as my phone and can give me an almost correct measurement whenever required. Good work! I tried to measure my height with it but somehow it doesn't seem to work for it. I may be using it wrongly but all other results were quite accurate. Nonetheless, this app has great potential.
5 ★ So far, I've only used it for measuring lengths inside a cabinet. Super cool idea, and way more accurate than current AR systems.
1 ★ ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I would give this less than one star if I could. First of all, they didn't even recognize my phone. It's an LG G6. Like, come on. Then they guide me through a tutorial where I must put the phone down on one end and place it at another. I do EXACTLY as told but out of the ten or so tries only one time does the Stop Measuring button pop up. And to top it off the app makes the most obnoxious noises. I've never been more frustrated, irate, and disgusted at an app in my life!
