Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

4 ★ 1) Size of the app icon is too large and old-fashion 2) I would like it to hide on screen and move to the notification drawer when long pressed ! 3) Also, optimize the size of the app to 1M or smaller ... I will rank it 5-star upon fixing it ! Good Luck
