Description
Alberta, including unprecedented access to the open pit mines, facilities
upstream operating and land reclaimed with respect for the environment.
For the first time, anyone can experience a full tour
of oil sands operations. Besides visiting the action spaces like
operating upstream facilities or a ride in a huge truck
used in oil sands extraction, the unique experience of its kind
incorporates animated representations such as the original sand formation
bituminous and molecular structure of the bitumen.
This application is presented in partnership with the Canadian Association of
Petroleum Producers (CAPP).
