Download the latest 3D Builder+ application, version 0.2, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Tools app is developed by Jason de Wolff and is easy to download and install.

Description
Color can be added in the shading tab. Including the full RGB-color range and a color palette to easily switch between colors.
When you're satisfied with your model, it can be exported as .stl, .obj or as a .project to edit it later.
