Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. Shalawat and best wishes are bestowed upon His Majesty the Prophet Muhammad, along with his family, noble friends and loyal followers.
Allah SWT said:
Those are the provisions of Allah. Whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger, surely Allah enters it into the heaven which flows in the rivers, while they are eternal in it; and that's a great victory.
And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger and violates His requirements, surely Allah put it in the fires of hell while he is eternal in it; and for him a humiliating torment. (Surat an-Nisa ': 13-14)
Fourteen centuries ago the Messenger of Allāh mengingatkan had warned of the occurrence of a situation where the science of faraidh was missing from the midst of the Ummah.
From Ibn Mas'ud Radhiyallahuanhu that the Prophet Muhammad said, "Study the Koran and teach it to people. And study faraidh science and teach it to people. Because I am only a human who will die. And inheritance will be revoked and slander spreads. , to the extent that there are two people who are hostile in matters of inheritance but do not find anyone who can answer it ". (HR. Ad-Daruquthuny and Al-Hakim)
The loss of the science of faraidh that was reminded by the Messenger of Allāh dahulu in the past, is now almost proven. Is not the science of faraidh is increasingly rare to be taught by people, and increasingly few preachers who understand and are able to teach it to Muslims.
As Muslims, of course we must learn this knowledge. But there are still many of us who cannot distinguish between inheritance and grants. Though both of these sciences are very important to learn.
Therefore, with the intention of helping each other in matters of religion, we compile a little review of the Inheritance and Grant in this book. May be useful.
