Ahmad Hadi Maksudi was born in 1868 in the village of Tashsu, Kazan province. After receiving primary education in his village, he continued his studies in Kazan madrassas "Kulbue", where he studied Arabic and Persian languages. At the same time, he was the alphabet "Mugallim Awwal", and in subsequent years, released the book "Mugallim sledge", "Shifahiya", "Sarphil", "Nahua", "Ahkam Al-Sharq", "Istibdal", "Istikmal" "Russian-Tatar phrasebook", "the French-Tatar phrasebook", "Science dictionary".

From 1906 to 1918 he published the newspaper "Yoldyz", which published the famous Muslim figures of the Tatar people. After the revolution began studying Eastern philosophy, and a number of classic works of medieval authors translated into the Tatar language. During the period of Stalinist repression he was arrested four times, but let go of "old age." He died in 1941 at age 73.
