Download the latest HD Cam+ application, version 4.0, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Video Players & Editors app is developed by Liz Invest and is easy to download and install.

Description
Some functions have been added like the Zoom, the record on live view or the Preset function. With this last function, the camera will automatically move his head to the sensor which has been triggered ( only with the cameras which support external sensors, PT100W, PT200W, 100W... )
The installation process is also much more easier. Simply plug the camera, put your phone on the same Wifi and connect it. That's all.
App permissions
HD Cam+ 4.0 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an application to modify global audio settings.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.
Allows an application to broadcast sticky intents.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to access extra location provider commands.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows an application to modify the current configuration, such as locale.
Allows an application to record audio.
Allows an application to modify global audio settings.
Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an application to see the number being dialed during an outgoing call with the option to redirect the call to a different number or abort the call altogether.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an application to read or write the system settings.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
