1 ★ Bad customer service and a bunch of thieves. The app was not working for me, so I couldn't cancel my ride. The driver had to call customer service for me to cancel the ride and they charged me 2KD according to the guy I talked to! Now I see they charged me more!!! Never using your service again!!!
