Our program, the Multi Exercise Discipline System (MEDS), combines high intensity fitness exercises with Mixed Martial Arts movements to get you in fighting shape.
We offer immediate internet access to 16 workouts, over 200 exercises in short instructional videos, and a nutrition plan. And, we even pay you to tell your friends about us.
