1 ★ First off they pick & choose whi they reply. 2nd donation button once clicked its on the loading page and nothing after, 3rd i camt add my bank. This app & service is a joke!!
5 ★ This is the absolute best platform to help ppl out and to get help yourself if ever needed. Which I have had to do just recently and had major success with it! My van broke down and I was able to get it repaired bc of GoFundMe!! It is super easy to set up and easy to get your donations. Altho it does take abt 10 days to retrieve the donations so it is not very helpful in an emergency situation. That is my only complaint. That being said, I will still continue to use GoFundMe for sure!
5 ★ I think GoFundMe is wonderful! I think for the most part it is a great app. I will admit it wasn't as easy as I hoped to navigate. It took me some time to study it and learn it and work through it. Other than that I think it has a wonderful format! Thank goodness for GoFundMe being created. It has helped so many people!
5 ★ Very much needed in our time of need. I am very greatful for this app because without it we wouldn't be able to survive. The expenses are adding up and with this account many friends have been able to come together and help us out. I strongly recommend this app for those in hard times like us. I never thought our lives would come to a halt like this but it did. Anything can happen. My wife went to work for health insurance. She was only 28 days away for her insurance starting and this happened
4 ★ This app does exactly what it's supposed to nothing more nothing less but it'll also give you a quick access to your GoFundMe so you can check the progress at any time you want. I am currently using it for repairs on my truck that happens when I fell asleep and run off the road it was some kind of disorder I had at the time and it was really messing me up so now that it was fixed I asked for help fixing the truck as well. We shall see how that turns out
1 ★ I hate that you have to draw from it monthly, if I'm getting the money before I reach my goal in never gonna actually reach my goal because I'll spend it. Also they take a huge chunk from you. Don't say I've got $10 in my goal if I only got $9.41. and now I can't log into my account I even requested for a password reset and NEVER received the email. Update: their contact thing doesn't work and I still haven't gotten a single email to reset my password. YOU'RE LINK DOES NOTHING! EMAIL ME!!!!!

4 ★ Is it possible to edit the profile picture as a way to show the progress of what comes from donators' contributions? This coming in addition to the update.

5 ★ It's very helpful so far! I have donated to several local causes in the past and when my own medical issue came up this week, I decided to start a campaign for the first time. Thank you for providing this service.
4 ★ This is a time oriented thing if you don't have time people seem to look to care less.if you don't have 10,000 friends on Facebook messenger on MySpace or whatever those things are on Twitter and you don't get much money I find the advertising in person actually works the best.
1 ★ I gave a bad review and they deleted it. Then I contacted customer support and was told that it was on monitored email and my email was probably not going to be seen. Had no issue raising the money, having many issues getting the money off the app.
3 ★ Verification and Support Issues I have had 4 donations. The first two deposited perfectly in my account. The next week I get a alert that they need additional documents. No biggie. They ask for copy of a check. Lost everything in a fire so I uploaded a counter check from the bank. Few days later no go. I have now submitted three different documents to try to confirm the account that they deposited into two weeks prior. There is no customer service phone number for help. Frustrating
