1 ★ I absolutely love this company and the website, but several days and several attempts per day, the app does not work! I get the intro screen... white background, purple perfume bottle, etc. Then, the screen goes completely white and that's it. Can't request tech support because the app won't load for me to get to a help screen. Maybe this will get me some help???
5 ★ Loving the prices and the selection of perfumes. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for purfume, cologne, hair products and beauty products. I am pretty sure they do the split payment thingy into 4 payments to make it more affordable.😁
1 ★ Utterly useless. Uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesn't work. Was buggy before but now it only displays white screen
5 ★ I absolutely love fragrancenet. I am definitely a loyal customer when let's just say I'm not on vacation LOL been having some health problems but with that said they have every perfume so far that I've looked for on here and you can get them in smaller bottles for your purse for a night out or if you're like me you'll buy the biggest bottle of Chanel Chance & spray your house like it's an air freshener and then spray your poor chihuahua with it!😂 But also I like that I can actually try others!❤
5 ★ I LOVE this website! I have been using this service for a few years now, for gifts, special occasions, and sometimes just for myself. The prices are very reasonable, BETTER than reasonable. There is always a discount that you can use. You don't get that in a department store.
1 ★ Love the website! But when i select the 25% off option saying "tap here," the only thing that happens is that my keyboard comes up. It doesn't tell me what to type nor does it show up anywhere on the page. Please fix.
1 ★ App opens up and the screen is always blank and stays blank way to long. I have uninstalled and tried it again several times . No luck
1 ★ Note 10 plus just white screen. After the opening bottle screen it just shows a white page then nothing.

3 ★ App is as slow as pouring molasses in a snowstorm in February!! My meaning is, it just sits there and does nothing! I've been waiting for over 5 minutes to to get to another page in your app and it forgot to remind itself where it was asked to go! When the app was working, barely, half of the fragrances I wanted to order were out of stock and many item are always out of stock! On more positive note, your prices just cannot be beat anywhere!! Take the good with disappointments!
1 ★ I absolutely love Fragrancenet but their app and website is just too slow at times. Decided to download the app since the webpage was too slow but ended up deleting not even 5 minutes after I downloaded. The app is toooooo slow. Please fix this issue
2 ★ Sadly all of the comments were true, while I didn't have the load problem some people suggested the things on this app are more expensive then the website, $79.99 compared to $50.39 on the web. So in that regard I would recommend the website then this app, shame because I like the website and how cheap it is, it's just a bother when you need to click so many bottons to get on one page...
5 ★ I like this app it has everything that i need my favorite spray cologne, after shave skin cream and lots lots lots and lots more. They have for men women kids a whole lot of everything for everyone and everything's needed for little or not much money to spend. You tell me where else will you find a fragrance company giving you a shocking 25% to 80% discount on the lastest band names for dirt cheap? NO WHERE BUT RIGHT HEAR WITH FRAGRANCE THE #1 CHOICE BOOOO!!! YEAHHHH!!! LOL! LOL! LOL!
4 ★ As an online store is amazing, great variety in products at good prices, but as an app it has a lot to improve. It takes some time to load and once you hit the back button the app automatically removes you to your phone home screen and whatever you were looking disappears you have to look for it again.
5 ★ Love it lots of great items with amazing prices an you can buy now an pay every 2 weeks no credit check but you do have to make a payment when your purchase .
