And then when I workout it wouldn't even let me pick my workout like it would automatically go to this thing which I personally did not, like a lot of people like that I don't I think it was useless not even telling you what you're doing so I don't know how you're supposed to lose belly fat if you're not aware of what you doing but it's your opinion if you want to download the I'm just giving you a opinion..
