5 ★ April 15, 2023 OK I previously post a problem with my credits being deleted, etc.. But this morning at 4am "Emma" my customer service representative took care of all the issues; she actually let me hang up instead of putting me on hold, she fixed the problem, reissued all of my credits and called me back after she had done all of this!!! Thank You "Emma" you are awesome awesome and I appreciate you!!! Dear Management, "Emma" truly deserves a raise in pay, this woman went above above & beyond!!!
