Most impressive feature is, it allows remote diagnostics when you have problems with your account and can do things like remotely reboot your device etc. and if it doesn't work, log a fault call directly through the app itself. 1 ★ Very bad App, big company with the worst App ever always hanging.. I tried a million times to update my ID, but it's just showing an error or logout and they disconnected my internet due to this issue!!! Fix your app first then disconnect
1 ★ Terrible experience for the last 3 months. It is not possible to pay online in the app, always gives the same message "Payment Limit Exceeded," though I never had a chance to enter even my credit card details, based on what such message is appearing??? DESPITE on my complaints, the technical team failed to fix this problem, which means me as u customers have to go to the nearest kiosk and pay, I can not belive its happening in 21st century progress. After 20 years, I will be moving to Du.
1 ★ All data packages is too much expensive from this app. The operator also the same.All the data packages that the operator offers to the customers are also too much expensive it seem they are trying to cut the customers pocket.
1 ★ I applied for new internet connection for my newly acquired flat. Since i applied the connection lots of phone calls & whatsapp messages from different people im receiving regarding Internet Connection products & they were claiming that they were from Etisalat also. If they are from Etisalat why they wouldn't know that my internet connection was already installed. Please Etisalat you need to do something with your application or web portal, they have access in our personal info & address

1 ★ OMG it's very slow now very very And always no internet only loading and loading And we need to pay exactly monthly ..but your net very slow we don't have any choice but to continue bcoz we have contact 1 year to need finished..like now our internet it's not working at all but if we call Etisalat to much issues and to fixing again we need to pay...how you do like this and customer...how may times I want to cancel this Internet
1 ★ HORRIBLE APP! I tried to update my Emirates ID and finish my info. I encounter the following errors: (1) NOT INTUITIVE: It'll take you a lot of time to find the correct menu, sub-memu, just to do simple things. (2) Buggy: Buttons like "Summit" or "Accept" CANNOT be click. (3) The connection with UAE Pass is NOT GOOD. (4) Had the LATEST APP VERSION. I wasted 15 minutes before I had to cancel. Therefore, I had to go to a store to update my ID. And they want a payment portal with this bugs!
1 ★ It was working fine till latest update, after the last update I'm NOT DEALS OF THE DAY MENU itself in APP DASHBOARD AND ADDON MENU. Raised complaint and had multiple call with the team, no luck. Really disappointed!!!
2 ★ Unable to do check out on Etisalat shop . It's been 3 days trying to buy Sim card online . Error code item version 52. Deliver location missing . Even though I've selected properly my location . Customer care not helpful. Issue was not solved .
1 ★ New update is worst, you can't see more prepaid paln like before. Only postpaid. And its look like online shop application. Where you can buy devices and electronic. Even the previous was far better than this new update.

2 ★ Beware of false offers for renewal of home plans. They offered me 3 months same charge till months for upgrading and new charges will apply only after 3 months. But from the very first month they charged me the new higher charges. The custmer care is worst stupid AI in the world. No chance to raise a complaint even
1 ★ Beware of sales calls for the renewal of the home internet plans. Offering promotional amounts but end of the day very disappointed billing amount with new installations charges. Once you signed the contract have to pay extra for the cancelation as well. Very disappointed services to regular customers. 1 ★ No life human support even in critical situation. Absolutely harmful UX for the case when you cant pay your bill since OTPs are blocked by disabled Etisalat number. "Promise to pay" feature also broken, didn't activate the number (but will be charged?). Setup auto recharge also fails with meaningless "Something went wrong, we're checking on our side" error. Cannon believe this's an official app/service provided by one of the largest UAE telcos.
