Dimplex Capa is compatible with Dimplex Alta Wi-Fi heaters.
App permissions
Dimplex Capa 1.58.0 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Marker permission for applications that wish to access notification policy.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

1 ★ As usual would be 0 stars if possible. QR scanner seems to try to use the lowest possible resolution of the camera as it is too blurry to work, manual input gives same result as others "heater found" then "cannot connect" absolute garbage and heaters getting returned, will advise all to stay away.
1 ★ I have tried to connect with 5 different android phones. All find the heater (heater found message). Then it notify could not connect. The error message is useless as it does not say why it cannot connect. It could say... Location services is not active / could not find wifi network... Or something useful.

3 ★ I have to log in each time I use the app (about monthly).
2 ★ needs google Assistant/home integration! crashes alot!
