Description
MyLink developed by China Mobile Hong Kong is an all-rounded, Comprehensive-Smart APP offering a variety of experiences and benefits to HongKong residents. MyLink is committed to serve every aspect of daily lives in efforts to provide flexible communication service. MyLink provides users with rich life information, intelligent life applications and is also a "smart assistants" for Hong Kong residents.
● AI Smart Assistant: Added text input function. Users can not only communicate with "A Link" through voice, but also enter text in the dialog box. Come and experience it.
● MyGarden Carbon Reduction Task: A new carbon reduction task is added. Users can earn up to 150g of CR Exp by completing all limited tasks. Come and join in!
● My Friends: Added “search phone numbers to add friends”, allowing users to directly to find and send friend requests by searching other MyLink users phone number.
● LinkNFT：Enter the NFT page through the sidebar or MyLink homepage -「My NFT」， receive NFTs issued by merchants for free for a limited time and transfer them to other MyLink users for free.
● Metaverse event venue: You can immerse yourself in the fun of shopping and experience a wealth of comprehensive activities in the activity venue.
● E-coupon：Added the function of converting some electronic coupons into additional items. You can easily see the transfer button on the details page, and you can transfer it to friends.
● A new experience in new e-commerce: new cash coupons, flash sale products for a limited time, logistics upgrades, free shipping and delivery, and a lot of points will be sent immediately after placing an order. Customers can choose the nearest location to pick up the goods through self-pickup, without waiting.

5 ★ Well designed application, does as intended. A bit confusing at first, takes longer to do things because of the layout vs other provider apps. But once you figure out the complex navigation it gets easier. But very simple things are either extremely overly complicated in process to locate or buried in a mislabeled tab.
1 ★ Hi my link team, I can't enter this app, it keeps loading a blank page for me and I tried so many times but still can't enter , please fix it asap thanks
1 ★ the current version started to uploading something unknown hourly without my knowledge. though it has an notification showing "uploading blah blah" but it disappeared so quick that i cannot have time to read the notification on what it is doing. not to mention it drains my battery, i do think my privacy is compromised in that way. uninstalled.
1 ★ It has been more than a year since I noticed that the network seems so slow. I have to use my wifi to download or install apps. Most of the time video or pics won't open. It wasnt like this before.. i shouldve not renewed my contracts. Also, the live chat is taking too long, 30 mins and still no live agent. I rarely give bad ratings but your service now kinda pisses me off
1 ★ Why does a Telecommunications App track me and update personal information to your servers? Step Counts and other fitness information should be left for fitness applications. MyLink app updates this information every hour or so to your server (including a notification bar alert and chime!) without, what I can find, the ability to turn this off!? The ability to pay your Telephone Bill in the app is handy. However the other 'stepping over the privacy line' things has lead me to uninstall.
2 ★ Too many useless toy features and not enough focus on the core telecom settings. While it is nice to show off the company has !metaverse! !NFT! !avatars! !cute themes! but for most people there is no reason to open the telco's app other than to check the usage and billing. The UI is designed for kids and not really usable by older people.
1 ★ 個app trap人設定信用卡自動轉帳. I intended to do immediate payment, but the location where it is for do the payment, after I have entered the credit card information and amount to pay, it pops out thank you for setting credit card autopay. I didn't intended to the autopay setting, but there is no area I can cancel the autopay setting.
3 ★ The app used to be 5 🌟 however in the last data cutoff, the data usage limit did not work. I put 6GB limit to one of my sub account but he was able to use 17GB continuously. And for couple of days already, I've been updating the usage limit but it is always prompting unexpected error encountered. Logged off/on to the app several times. Same message appearing. Other features are great.
2 ★ Not the best app. For example, the pedometer doesn't always work, preventing you from reaping the monthly points reward. I've tried all the support's advice, restarting the app and such, but still no guarantees. If I didn't need to pay my bill with it to take advantage of the coupons, would not recommend the app.
2 ★ There were coupons in my account which u was not even aware of. You need to give some push notifications or some type of notifications to the user about the coupons you populate inside his account on the app then only they ll use it. The app has a lot of contents which makes the user confused. Design some app which is simple and easy to use
1 ★ used it for a long time.. used to be very good.. it gets worse every time it is being updated.. instead of fixing the bugs it creates more.. took forever to load.. often impossible to load.. step counts never updated.. often give up waiting and give up my chance to earn point.. horrible customer service - never answer my question.. just..... horrible..
1 ★ My telecom provider should be focusing on building a good account management app, not throwing in step counts, translation, navigation "lifestyle" spyware. You shouldn't be collecting that kind of information, and this app could be a lot leaner and snappier.
1 ★ Do not install this app. They keep uploading some data hourly without my permission. I don't know what they upload and they have permission on you personal information (photos, contact, app, etc.). Stop their permissions and background running permission!!
1 ★ Non functional. Rarely updates on time after bill payment. Points have the same issue. Logs off by itself even if setting is to keep logged in. Data usage is not accurate. Starts to look more like a spy app than a functional one. Useless.
2 ★ Can't turn off push marketing. The app is sensing my phone notifications too often with their marketing. Phone offers, plan offers etc. I've only just started my contract 2 months so not interested at all. Terrible experience so far.
