5 ★ The app is great but my local store Rockford Minnesota horrible service horrible attitudes pizzas never done tell you 20 to 40 minutes and they'll be making it 45 minutes later when you're showing up they're just putting half of it in or just starting the whole order and the food always makes you sick but the app is great I love my Casey points
2 ★ My wife and I stopped in the town 12 miles from our house because we was taking our son to his baseball game. I went in Casey's to prepay for gas and to use my rewards. The person running the register didn't have a clue about the rewards or how to give me my discount at the gas pump so I had to pay full price for gas. It took my points because I had to show her but it didn't reflect at the pump. I called corporate and they said they couldn't do anything. They don't train their help very well.
5 ★ Certain price it has good pizza good fountain drinks my experience is perfect the cashiers and their workers are really nice and they have good snacks for a really good price so if you like fast food pizza and some gas come down to Casey's
1 ★ Won't open after latest update. Uninstalled, reinstalled. Just won't open anymore. Edit: After the April 15th update it won't open at all now. Going back to 6.3 untill it's fixed. Edit 2: v6.5 won't open either.
3 ★ The app works great for rewards and offers are nice, one issue I'm irritated with is the 10 pizza reward and earn a free one. It doesn't give a free pizza just rolls over and starts the count again.
1 ★ Won't let me log in with Facebook. That's how I originally logged in, that profile has all my points. Everytime I click the Facebook icon it just loads and never does anything. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times.
1 ★ Everytime I log out of the app. I have to reset my password so I can log into the app. Also points for register purchases do not so up in my account.
5 ★ Great app. Gives me notifications all the time so I don't miss out on the daily savings at Casey's. Super easy to use and safe. Highly recommend!
3 ★ New to app but surprised our local Casey's didn't offer it and we had to ask to get it. Also surprised today's purchases didn't count nor did we get anything for getting the app.
5 ★ It would have been better if entering my phone # during purchase started my membership and I could go to website later to enter info. Now I have lost about 60 dollars bc I keep forgetting to go here and dont have receipts.
4 ★ Really like the app, but I can no longer open it after the v.6.5 update, dated 4/15/21. Updated to v.6.5.1, on 4/26, and still having same issue.
5 ★ This is such an amazing app that helps you whenever you have a little bit of money because that's the beginning of the month and we get our IRS checks because when that money runs out we got more money to spend
1 ★ The stores have very low inventory. Prices are way too high... cigarettes are over 6.00 more a carton. Went to buy coke and milk they had neither...
3 ★ Not functioning. Tried using the app to order and pay for pizza and it took my points but did not send the order to the store.
3 ★ Make rewards more automatic. Sane with offers. Why have to save first. People are busy and apps should not need a lot of attention
